The Northeastern Division, lead by their founding Elder, [[Elder Cross]], immediately departed from the Capital Wasteland upon the death of then-Elder Sarah Lyons. Unsurprisingly, the division is founded on [[Lyonsian Reformist Doctrine]], which both the West Coast Brotherhood and the mainstream Eastern Division view as heretical. When Cross died during the exodus, she was immediately replaced with her Proctor of the Order of the Quill, [[Elder Elizabeth Jameson]].
